Specialty: Muscle Mass, Flexibility, Body Conditioning & Weight Loss.

My journey into the world of health and fitness began through my passion  of dance performance. I struggled with my own weight issues throughout my teenage years, not knowing how to maintain a healthy weight and balanced diet. This led me to realise I had to do something about it and quick! Clearing my mind of all negativity and focusing on my health and fitness level, led me to where I am now, a qualified level 3 1-1 personal trainer. My training specialities include weight loss, muscle mass, flexibility and body conditioning. I believe I am easily approachable and down to earth, my programs are designed to tailor individual’s specific goals, whether short-term, medium or long-term.  Once you have reached your goal I shall then encourage you to maintain a healthy life style as well as a healthy mind. My start into fitness came from playing amateur football three times a week. I always used to be small & struggling to put weight on. I wanted to make a change. So I swapped the football for lifting weights! I have always been interested in health and fitness and even before I became a personal trainer I was dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle. I believe that living healthy can be rewarding as well as exciting. I provide some of the most innovative and exciting training programs out there. I will provide you with a bespoke training program and nutritional plan and motivate you to achieve your personal goals in a fraction of the time, whether it is simply to lose weight, get fit or grow bigger & stronger!
